Portland Design Works 001 Review: I purchased this inflator to use to top off my tubes after using my hand pump. This inflater works great! When using the device the CO2 freezes the entire unit, so having the leather sheath on the cartridge saves your hands from some potential danger. Installing a new CO2 cartridge is extremely easy and placing the device over your valve is even easier. This is the perfect infator to have on the road.
